Transfers to your own account or to another CIBC account via account # or via 1^stPay are immediate
Funds transferred to customers at other local banks can be completed same day or between 1-3 business days

Between Your CIBC Accounts

Log in to CIBC Caribbean's Online Banking or Mobile App
Select the "Transfers" tab
Select "To my own account" in the "Type" drop-down box
Select the account from which you are transferring the funds in the "From" drop-down box
Select the account to which you are transferring the funds in the "To" drop-down
Input the $ Amount you are transferring in the "Amount" field
Input transfer details in the "Transfer Details" field if you wish
Select the "Transfer Now" button

To Another CIBC Client via Account #

Log in to CIBC Caribbean's Online Banking or Mobile App
Select the "Transfers" tab
Select "To other CIBC FirstCaribbean customer" in the "Type" drop-down box
Select the account from which you are transferring the funds in the "From" drop-down box
Select the account to which you are transferring the funds in the "To" drop-down
Input the $ Amount you are transferring in the "Amount" field
Input transfer details in the "Transfer Details" field if you wish
Select the "Transfer Now" button

To Another CIBC Client via 1st Pay

Log in to CIBC Caribbean's Online Banking or Mobile App
Select the "Transfers" tab
Select "Via 1stPay" in the "Type" drop-down box
Select the account from which you are transferring the funds in the "From" drop-down box
Input the email address or mobile number of the person you wish to transfer the funds
Click on the Search/Magnifying icon to verify your payee
Input the $ Amount you are transferring in the "Amount" field
BONUS: Check the Send as a gift box to let your payee know the transfer is a gift
Input transfer details in the "Transfer Details" field if you wish
Select the "Transfer Now" button

To an Account at Another Local Bank

Log in to CIBC Caribbean's Online Banking or Mobile App
Select the "Transfers" tab
Select "To a customer of another bank in my country" in the "Type" drop-down box
Select the account from which you are transferring the funds in the "From" drop-down box
Select the account to which you are transferring the funds in the "To" drop-down
Input the $ Amount you are transferring in the "Amount" field
Input transfer details in the "Transfer Details" field if you wish
Select the "Transfer Now" button

Set up Scheduling

Log in to CIBC Caribbean's Online Banking or Mobile App
Select the "Transfers" tab
Select "To a customer of another bank in my country" in the "Type" drop-down box
Select the account from which you are transferring the funds in the "From" drop-down box
Select the account to which you are transferring the funds in the "To" drop-down
Input the $ Amount you are transferring in the "Amount" field
Click on Set up Scheduling
Select the frequency of the Transfer in the Frequency drop-down box
Select the Start Date
Select an Ending option and complete
Select the Set up transfer button
