Transfer to Loan Account

This new enhancement to our transfer options will enable you to make an additional, unscheduled payment to your unsecured loans once a month.

Line of Credit Display

The introduction of a new description "Chequing - LOC" makes it easier for you to differentiate your regular Chequing Account from your Line of Credit (LOC) Account. We have also added the following fields to enable you to better manage your account:

Issue Date
Maturity Date
Interest Rate

Improvement to Open an Account

We have enhanced the account opening icon by changing it to a large coloured button, making it easier for you to see.

Registration and Password Reset

With recent enhancements to this function, your email address which is held on file in our banking system, must be used during the registration and password reset processes. Please visit "Preferences", then "Contacts & Verification" and provide your current email address. This allows us to update our system with your latest and most accurate information.
