Tips for your application

  • Update your resume. Make sure your resume includes details about your accomplishments to date. Ensure your document is saved as either a Word or PDF file when you submit.
  • Customise career alerts. Get notified about opportunities when you customise your Career Alerts. You can set up your preferences through Candidate Manager.
  • Find the right fit for you. Filter positions by location, category, full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities
  • Save for later. If you're not ready to apply, you can return to a posting later

Tips for your interview

  • Prepare for your video interview. Make sure everything is in place before your interview. Clear your background of clutter, or use a professional background filter. Check that your sound and video are working properly ahead of time.

  • Demonstrate your impact. Use specific examples to show us how you contributed to overall success in your previous roles. When describing past experiences, use the “STAR” acronym:
    • Situation
